This was a gem of a find when we were in Crete this summer - Ev Elladı restaurant. Super nice staff and great vibes by the sea.

And this white wine was stunning, paired with fresh red snapper grilled, green vegetables, and mini roast potatoes. 😋

Voreia Gi 2022 - Kyathos Winery (13.5% abv)

Varieties: Malagouzia, Assyrtiko (vinified separately at low temperatures).

Region: Macedonia. Dry White Wine. Vineyards at an altitude of 250m.

Aromatic and fruity aromas, high intensity. Tropical (honey dew melon 🍈, pineapple 🍍, peach 🍑, smokey, floral 🌸).

Verdict - just perfect with seafood and cream Cretan cheese. ❤️😋🙏
